Anything else?
Turned up, parked paying £4 for the privilege only to find a sign on the entrance door saying they were shut due to staff absence! I had checked this site twice during the day. No where does it inform you if it is closed!

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused to you, and any other patients for that matter, by the one-day closure of the Minor Injuries Unit on 18 March. Please be assured that the Trust makes every effort to avoid closing any of its patient services, but unfortunately on this occasion a temporary closure was necessary due to staffing issues. We always look to ensure these closures are publicised on-site, across the website and within local press and radio whenever possible. With regards to your parking charge, please contact Jacky Jones, our Site Manager by calling 01442 287516 or by emailing jacky.jones@whht.nhs.uk . Jacky will be pleased to arrange a refund for you as soon as possible.
