I took my wife to get a hearing aid sorted out. This was replaced and the new one setup up to match her existing appliance.

Whist there I inquired to the secretary about my hearing aids as I felt I had been given two right sided aids at my last appointment. It turned out they just needed coding with a blue and red tag which she did. She also gave me advice how to clean them..all this without an appointment.

ps why does Audiology not show up on your list of departments??
