Can't get hospital appointments

About: Guy's Hospital / General medicine Lambeth PCT St Thomas' Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I am a sickly person and I can't get an appointment when I want, even when I beg, when I go to the hospital to do any test I just dont get the result or even any treatment.

I believe they are just seeing private patients from what I observe, the next thing is the doc gives out the appointments themselves and to me if you are not paying you don't get seen. Can some one look into it?
