"Mixed experience of referral service"

My experience of my hernia referral has been perfectly satisfactory to date but that of a recent dental referral less so. In the latter case I was offered a date for an operation which I could not accept and weeks later I heard nothing further, nor was I given an indication of what might or might not happen next.

Thank you for your kind comments about the TRAC team, I am pleased your hernia referral has been going well so far. With regards to your dental referral, TRAC would not have been involved in the dates organised for your operations as we do not currently book appointments for dental referrals. The hospital or clinic where you will have your operation performed, should be able to give you further information regarding your booking.
