My God...I knew that the NHS was under pressure but the Day surgery ward was manic. Each member of staff did not know what the other was doing. Staff are smiley enough but there is no order in the place. If you are coming in best tell someone to drop you off and collect as the car parking is through the roof. 31 quid for a day. Afternoon ward boss is not nice at all.
