"podiatric minor surgery"

About: Blandford Community Hospital

Anything else?

A visit to hospital is always a little frightening but the staff here were amazing - especially the nurse who checked me in and was with me until I was wheeled out. Everything was explained and the procedure was carried out on time and was flawless. The surgeon and his staff were flawless and tolerated my curiosity with humour, explaining and showing me everything. I was sent home with useful notes for after care including which painkillers would be the most effective. There was a constantly cheerful atmosphere in the ward, and a lovely cup of coffee with a biscuit and the daily paper to keep me occupied until I was discharged. A big thank you to everyone for a very positive experience!
