About: Darent Valley Hospital

Anything else?

My husband is very ill and is wearing a catheter.

He has always been fit an healthy throughout his life.

When he got a urinary problem and had the catheter fitted, we assumed he would be seen by a specialist within a few days and were shocked to find out it will be almost two months wait.

Considering the damage a catheter can do we think this wait is disgusting.

We are sorry to see from your comments that you are concerned about the catheter care that your husband has experienced thus far. If you would like to contact us we would be happy to look into your husband’s care pathway and see what the circumstances are around the provision of his ongoing care.
