We took our 14month boy to ent as he has had constant ear infections because of glue ear rdsulting in over 4 months of constant antibiotics, the registrar was not interested in what we had to say,they took one look in his ears, told us no active infection,spoke to us like we were kids, told to come back in 4months and to keep going back to GP. All within 3mins.

So im not sure what the purpose of their job. No people skills and no interest.
