"Lectured by consultant"

About: Victoria Integrated Care Centre / General Medicine

(as the patient),

At my consultation last year, between october and november 2012, I had to complain in relation to my treatment and the manner of the diabetic consultants when my sugar levels were high.

Having being lectured because I have number dyslexia, I also thought it was out of order for the consultant lecturing patients when they were sitting eating cake and drinking coffee.

Dear Waterloo

Thanks for letting us know that your story is about the Victoria Infirmary in Helensburgh, not in Glasgow. NHS Highland who are responsible for the Victoria in Helensburgh wouldn't have had an alert to your story when it was originally published which is why you haven't had a response from them. As you'll see Highland are really interested in what people have to say and respond very quickly and positively.

We're really sorry that we got it wrong and thanks for taking the time to let us know.

Sorry NHS Highland too!

Best wishes

Gina
