Patient Opinion and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are pleased to work together to ensure that people’s experiences of our services are shared. All patients are asked the Friends & Family Test question on discharge from an in-patient unit “How likely are you to recommend this service to a friend or family member? ” we also ask “Is there anything that might have made the experience better for you? ”

We have received various comments ranging from “nice staff”, “a big thank you to everyone”, “reduce the noise levels in the afternoon”, “better beds”, “more 1 to 1 with staff”, “fantastic staff who absolutely care about what they are doing and have made a massive difference to our lives, thank you”.
