Telephoned Regent Gardens Surgery, Kirkintilloch this morning to request temporary resident status for my Mother-in-law who's staying with us. Asked for urgent appointment for her as she has significant chronic health disease & requires a low threshold for intervention.
Receptionist was polite & efficient.
She'll be seen later today, no quibble or medical information required other than her date of birth.
