About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as the patient),

I live in West Yorkshire and am visited by the community nurse David Fearnley. He is a nice man and he does an excellent job. I’m quite happy with my care. He’s polite and kind and helpful, and explains everything really clearly. I have a dicky heart and makes sure my tablets are right. It’s great that they can do this without me needing to go to see the doctor or go to the hospital.
