"Wasted appointment"

I was really disappointed at the appointment I had on the 28 fed 2013, I came out confused on what the problem was and what treatment I am likely to receive. I was extremely disappointed and annoyed that test had been done 5 weeks in advance and no results had been receive as they were apparently still being processed and in effect wasted everybody’s time and appointment

I need this appointment as it’s linked to an operation I need, this makes me have a longer waiting period
