An absolutely rubbish service. three hours waiting for a blood test. Im medication dependant and was having a fasting blood test, After waiting for several hours in a very cold and cramped room I was left having to take aday off work to recover. Reception and nursing staff just said it was usual practice to be running so late like this was acceptable. I will do my utmost to never have to return to this hospital again
