(as a parent/guardian),

Visited the first evening dermatology clinic at Hull Royal. It was quick, friendly, efficient and convenient. The building is modern, clean and well laid out. The staff were helpful, doing my daughter's minor op then and there saving a trip back. We were even given a cup of tea and a cake.

The consultant was very approachable and spent time explaining the procedure and making things comfortable.

Very impressed.
