The medical care which I received from the doctors at the Queen's Medical Centre was exceptional, however the nursing care on ward C24 was not so good. People around me were asked very personal questions in an open environment (without any privacy) for all to hear.
Also, the toilets were not clean, and the sanitary box was completely overflowing.
I do understand that nurses are very busy, but more attention should be paid to looking after the patients.
