We had our first baby at Kingston recently and, having never spent any time in hospitals before I was nervous about both the labour and the hospital experience. I couldn't have asked for kinder, more professional or more helpful staff. From the labour ward to the high dependency unit to the Worcester ward everyone we met was fantastic, including the cleaning and catering staff. The midwives spoke to us like grown-ups who know what we want, whilst providing excellent support and professional advice on how everything was progressing. Particular thanks to one member of staff on the maternity ward whose calmness and competence made her the perfect person to be with on such a stressful and incredible day. I'd reccomend Kingston maternity services to anyone.
