I have had 3 operations in 6 months at the Neuro Dept and have nothing but a great respect for the work they do, the staff are very good, the surgeons and regstras are excellent, the office staff when I have had a query have been very nice and respectfull, anyone who slags this department or the NHS should be ashamed,
