(as the patient),

I am visited by the community nurse David Furnley. He is brilliant! He’s so good that he should have been a doctor, not a nurse. He has a great bedside manner. I always feel lots better once he’s been. He does my blood pressure, oxygen and even takes blood – he gives me the full work up!

I had to go to hospital, as I didn’t realise how ill I was, but thanks to the regular visits and check ups from David, I don’t need to go back – as he makes sure I’m ok at home. His care is so important, I couldn’t do without it. Keep up the great work!
