Visit for a pre op assessment which unfortunately led to my operation being postponed due to need for anesthetic assessment. Staff were very friendly and helpful but did run very late at clinic, was seen over 1hour after appointment time. The testing etc was very thorough but it would be useful if there were more staff around to enable booking in to be easier and also to let people know what was happening,
