Staff were rude, wouldn't listen to my concerns. I'm now very poorly and awaiting an operation on the Emergency List. Also, was admitted to the EAU ward during my A&E visit, the staff on there were very rude, condesending.

When asking for help, I was always met with a sigh and a roll of the eyes. What are these people doing, working with sick people...? Please get these uncaring, souless people out of these departments, it's bad enough being poorly, without having this to put up with.

Also, the request for pain relief proved difficult to recieve. I waited 4 hours to get some morphine, my buzzer was removed from me and the nurses smirked as they walked passed my bed, when they clearly saw the distress I was in.
