About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

On arrival at the hospitals I was welcomed and dealt with promptly and efficiently and with courtesy. The nursing staff and anaesthetist explained their roles in the impending operation. The nurses took my possessions and installed them in a room allocated to me and generally made me feel welcome and answered my enquires to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with my treatment and I would give the staff 10 out of 10 for their attention to detail.
