"Accident and Emergency"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Anything else?

I took my daughter to A&E after our GP told us to go there due to her being in severe pain coming from her kidneys. She had an operation recently and had to self catheterise due to retaining urine. When we were eventually seen we were told that it was up to our GP to manage her pain and I quote "there are 62 million in this country and it is a free service what do you want me to do " We walked out disgusted and not listened to and will never go to this hospitals A&E dept again. My daughter was crying and the doctor spoke to me not her due to cultural differences, Shame on you
