"Very good practicion/bad reception"

About: Doddington Hospital

Anything else?

The receptionist on the out of hour gp counter was very rude, and out of touch with the general public, not just with my self and child, but with a def man and his son. There was no care, just rules and regulation. Sitting in reception feels as though you on trial, or you have no right to be there. As if your sat in the staff living room of one of the staff, and you dare not move. Once beeing seen to by the gp I felt very assured, and that my child was given the best care. And left feeling confident that my child was safe and had the best treatment that could have been given at that time.
