On behalf of my mum I would like to thank all the paramedics and nursing staff who helped to care for my mum after she had a fall in the street on Wednesday evening 6 March. The standard and quality of care was fantastic and I really appreciated the consideration that was also shown to me whilst waiting for mum to be seen. We would particularly like to thank the nurse who was the first of the nursing team to treat mum. They had a fantastic approach and manner which really helped put mum at ease. Given the shock she'd had this helped enormously. Many thanks to all
