"Great service and attitude"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as the patient),

David Fearnley, the heart failure nurse has been visiting me for a number of weeks now. His attitude is fantastic and he provides brilliant service. I hope he keeps visiting me until I feel better. I couldn't be happier with it all.
