About: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust / Community TB Service (TB Nurse)

(as the patient),

I attend clinics for respiratory medicine, rheumatology, cardiology and dermatology. I receive treatment for mycobacterium avium infection, polymyositis/squamous cell carcinoma, atrial fibrillation and pulmonary fibrosis. I am very happy with how I am treated and kept informed but sometimes the care could be more punctual and take less time.

Many thanks for your feedback regarding your care across a number of specialities. I am please that you feel well informed about your condition and treatment. I am sorry that on occasion clinics do not run to time in the hospital. I will pass your concern about punctuality to the Department of Respiratory Medicine where the TB Clinics are held.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience at NNUH. We are sorry that the clinics do not always run on time and this is an issue the team is addressing. There are plans to introduce separate assessment clinics so that patients can have all their tests before they see the consultant.
