"Appointment system not satisfactory"

(as a relative),

Appointment system is not satisfactory if you manage to get one at all. It is not easy to fit appointments around a full-time job.

With such high weekly DNA (did not attend) rates (compared with other surgeries in the surrounding area) it is time the system was changed to meet the needs of the consumer.
