My prostrate biopsy was performed by the Urology department. The consultant was very thoughtful and considerate. the procedure could have been very embarassing, especially because it concerns such an intimate area. They put me at ease, and explained the procedure in detail.

During the biopsy itself, they chatted about my work, which took my mind off the procedure and it was soon completed. They also explained the possible side effects and problems, none of which occured.

I cannot praise them enough for doing what is a difficult job in such a pleasant manner. I would not have any concerns should I be called back to again in the future, and could not recommend or praise them enough.
