I needed to have bloods samples taken today and naturally was not looking forward to it. The nurse who was taking care of me this afternoon was excellent. Calm and patient and yet still managed to get the job done efficiently. The nurse working with another gentleman nearby, who they had obviously helped before, had a very good relationship with the patient. The two nurses created a very comfortable and professional atmosphere in the room, which left me feeling very confident in their abilities. Please pass on my thanks to them both.
