Ward 31

As a visitor to a relative (aged 90) for several weeks my impression was that this ward was extremely understaffed. Patients were left waiting for toileting, help with feeding and general assistance. Food was, mostley, left untouched. In our case we purchased food for relative from the restaurant, which was of good quality.
