Wards are clean, comfortable and peaceful, nursing staff are lovely and show genuine care and concern for their patients, support/facilities staff are also very friendly and respectful towards patients, doctors are professional and efficient, and I was very impressed with the way nursing staff sensitively and professionally attended to the personal care needs of very poorly patients. Definitely the most pleasant stay I've had in any hospital - if only it were my local hospital instead of East Surrey!
