I am complaining about the treatment of two friends who were dying of terminal Cancer and the awful treatment they had on the cancer ward as in patients at the QE,

The hospital really needs to be more user friendly to patients and staff. The amount of walking elderly people have and the less able bodied is a absolute disgrace.

It seems to me all the planning went on the outside making it look imposing,. It certainly didn't go on the interest and usability for patients, or staff
