Totally disgusted that I'm not listened too and I'm disregarded! Rheumatology department couldn't be less helpful if they tried. Now been left in agony with no help due unhelpful consultant and I will be taking it further!

PS I have ticked don't know as rheumatology is not listed (What a surprise!)

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received. The Rheumatology services held at Darent Valley Hospital are run by Medway NHS Foundation Trust so in order to raise a complaint it may be best to contact them directly, although we are more than happy to pass it on for you. This is also why Rheumatology was not listed as a tick box option to select under Darent Valley Hospital.
