About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

Anything else?

I was admitted to the RLI for 2 weeks of test!!!! Then transferred to Barrow.

Had internal bleeding, blood transfusions, endoscopys, barium, test, after test drugged up with pain killers then told to see a different doctor as an outpatient from ward 33, seen the doctor he agreed to take on my case as he felt something not right, to 2 weeks of shear hell at Lancaster Royal infirmary, will defiantly be taking action against this hospital,

We would like to apologise to you, as you clearly haven't had the service you hoped for, and would like to thank you for taking the time and trouble to comment. We are very saddened and concerned that your experience at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary failed your expectations, and we would like to make sure that we can bring this to the attention of those responsible for your care, not least because we would not want others to have a similar experience. If we are to investigate this episode thoroughly, we can only do so if we have more details. For this reason we hope that you will feel able to contact our Customer Care Service on 01539 795 497
