"A urology operation "

I am a 50 year old female patient who came in in early March for a procedure and investigation under general anaesthetic for day surgery. I have other long term health issues as well.

I would like to compliment this team and everyone I encountered in this hospital as being nothing but helpful, kind and reassuring making the whole day surgery much less stressful than I had imagined.

One hears so many bad stories about the NHS and of course there are the bad stories but my experience served to remind me how wonderful most people are who work in it and look after us with nothing but care and kindness.
