"CTC Scan - Scan of the bowel (colon) and abdomen"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / General surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived ½ hour before my appointment, and started my process 5 minutes before my selected time.

Although my procedure was somewhat invasive and uncomfortable, I was helped to relax by the two nurses carrying out the procedure. After it was completed one nurse stopped with me, sat me down and gave me a coffee and biscuit.

Excellent, on time and looked after, cannot fault.
