After suffering a stroke, I was a patient on Emerald ward at the Ellesmere Port hospital in May of this year. The standard of care was very good in all respects, but the nursing staff were particularly attentive - I was given immediate attention whenever I required it and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
My experience on Emerald ward was one of the most pleasant I have ever spent in a hospital. It was a prime example of what a stay in hospital should be like for a patient. Many thanks.
