Has been a complete waste of time.
Despite my pleas, from day one, I only got proper "hands on" treat at the fifth session, with the next being 1 month later.
At this, I explained that work had demanded I get a second opinion, privately and see their Occupational Health Therapist.
At this point I was refused any further treatment.
All this prevarication has exacerbated my condition, which at no time did the physio seem to correctly diagnose.
How do I make an official complaint?
