My Mother passed away in July 2012. I was so disgusted by what I consider to be the diabolical care provision she received whilst on a ward at FGH that I blogged about it online.
I took out a complaint through the Trust's inhouse complaints dept P. A. L. S and waited six full months to receive what I consider to be their completely whitewashed findings.
