(as the patient),

A friend of mine fell over and had to be taken to A&E. The staff were absolutely wonderful to him and he was very well looked after.

Our A&E department is very busy, seeing over 90,000 patients each year. We are pleased that your friend had good treatment and was well looked after by the staff.
