Anything else?
Attending out patients, I had to pass 2 men drinking cans of beer while they were on the hospital land and using the external walls of the A&E as a toilet.
1 hour later, leaving via the main hospital doors, I had to pass through a few people (all women) SMOKING!
Finally the men and cans next to A & E were gone, but the wall used, had not been cleaned by culprits nor staff!
