"Lincoln Hospital and Boston Pilgrim Hospital"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Anything else?

Lincoln Hospital (like most the healthcare in Lincolnshire) is well below par! On virtually all counts they seem to experience problems from clinical excellence to clean bathrooms! On the whole I cannot wait to move out of this county just to have accessible decent healthcare! When complaining all they ever do is apologize for the way you feel - this non-apology smacks of a lack of responsibility and therefore suggests that they are hardly likely to make the much needed improvements!

Response from Lincoln County Hospital

I was really disappointed to read your comments, especially in relation to apologies if you have had a poor experience; please be assured that these are genuine. As a Trust we regularly review patient feedback and collate it from a variety of sources and report back to teams and services – this feedback is then used to help improve where we could have done better. Thank you for leaving your feedback; good or bad it is valuable to us.
