Lincoln Hospital (like most the healthcare in Lincolnshire) is well below par! On virtually all counts they seem to experience problems from clinical excellence to clean bathrooms! On the whole I cannot wait to move out of this county just to have accessible decent healthcare! When complaining all they ever do is apologize for the way you feel - this non-apology smacks of a lack of responsibility and therefore suggests that they are hardly likely to make the much needed improvements!

I was really disappointed to read your comments, especially in relation to apologies if you have had a poor experience; please be assured that these are genuine. As a Trust we regularly review patient feedback and collate it from a variety of sources and report back to teams and services – this feedback is then used to help improve where we could have done better.
