"What a shambles"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Anything else?

3.5 hr wait with 5 year old daughter who suffered a head injury, bought in by ambulance and left in dirty children's waiting room even have receptionists making assessments and giving advice. Not very comforting not kept informed don't I understand why younger children not given priority

Thankfully daughter ok and saved by great nurse and brilliant young doctor no wonder we lag behind .

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you had such a long wait to be seen with your daughter and appreciate the frustration this must have caused you at the time. We are also disappointed that you found the waiting area to be dirty and your comments have been passed on to the A&E management team. If you would like any feedback or if you would like to speak with someone about your experience, please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01892 632953 or by email to mtwpals@nhs.net. We hope your daughter is recovering well. Kind regards. The PALS Team (AS)
