Thankyou East Lancashire Hospitals for very efficient care and treatment but you must do something about your PALS service - I went to give some feedback and get some additional information but when i popped into Burnely Genral and spoke to the PALS officer i found it really hard- after being told how much better things had been in the PCT from where services transferred she eventually conceded that my feedback for Blackburn would be acknowledged - It felt all too much - is this really the front line you want to portray
