About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

To be honest, I haven’t had an appointment with the hospital as of yet, but I was impressed with the speed the letters have come through prior to my conversation on the phone.

Thank you for taking the time to give the TRAQS team feedback following your recent referral.

We aim to contact all patients in a prompt and timely manner and to offer them a Choice of hospital. If we are unable to contact patients by phone we will always contact the patients by letter inviting them to contact the TRAQS team who will discuss their Choice of hospitals with them.
