I was very impressed with the Consultant Gastroenterologist and his Nurses.

The waiting time was very little, everyone was extremely kind, professional and pleasant and made the procedure as easy as possible for me.

We consistently work hard on improving patient pathways and are glad that you were seen swiftly by staff whom you found to be kind, professional and pleasant. Visiting a hospital can be a daunting experience and we are pleased our clinical staff were able to make your procedure as easy as possible for you. It is always reassuring to hear that staff are epitomising our values of ‘delivering compassionate excellence’ in such a strong and positive manner. We will, of course, draw your comments to the attention of the staff who were involved in your care on the day. We hope you continue to progress well.
