Anything else?
I had an appointment to see a consultant for knee problems
on arrival I had to check in at the reception desk, the receptionist
made you feel at home right away, she was very cheerful which
I felt was a good start, I was then greated by one of the nurses
that was involved with the consultant (also very chirpy) she told me
that X-rays were required and guided me in the right direction.
I was seen withun five minutes (great service) and went back to waiting room,
Within another 5 minutes, I was called in to see the consultant,
I was made to feel at ease and was examined, the consult also gave reasons
for the checks and explaining what was going to happen when I get to have
some keyhole surgery..... very impressed with the outcome of my appointment.
Thankyou all at the Queen Vic.....
"exellent appointment"
