"I was down when I came into B2"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health (inpatient)

(as the patient),

I was down when I came into B2, but the staff have helped me along.

When I first came in I didn’t expect to get better, or that anybody could help me. But staff have encouraged me, from sitting around and helped me help myself and others. I have learned a lot from activities/making things with my hands.

I am glad these people have helped me to move on.
