Some of the reception staff are very aggressive on the phone and in person. Considering they are dealing with some very ill patients theynt have any cohnsideraion for peoples feelings and are very rude

Dear Ms Billington

I am sorry to hear that reception staff have been rude to you. I would be most grateful if you would advise if it was the main reception or out patient reception staff who you found to be rude so I can inform their Line Manager.
